A stable civilization is more likely to have a golden age than an unstable civilization.A stable civilization is likely known as Golden age as it can flourish in one place without moving from one place to another. A civilization can flourish with resources available from nature.Civilization like Athens is know for its golden age as it had cultural activity, peace and prosperity.Athens also established a direct democracy with participation of citizens to form government.Therefore we can conclude that the a stable civilization is more likely to have a golden age.
