Maximilian de Robespierre ran chaos through the street of France during the high tide of the French Revolution because that was the only way he though he could keep everyone under his control. Napoleon United France u dear his "monarchy" and even though he didn't do much good, he didn't do much bad. He was just so power hungry for land and taking over counties, and that was his down fall.
