In this question, the answer will be false because when the problem will berestricted to [0, 2
\pi) only, then there will be 2 polar points.The first r will be a positive, and the other r, of course, will be a negative.If the question has added a range where r is greater than zero (r > 0),this will be true becaue it only included the positive r.
