A cave is a cave...you know, something generally in the rock, something that bears sleep in. It isn't really a depression in the ground. A stalactite is a build up of sediments from the ceiling that drip down to form a icicle shaped rock hanging from the ceiling, and a stalagmite is the same thing, but on the ground. So out of all those choices, I would choose answer D, a sinkhole.
