The unit rate is found dividing y-variable by x-variable. In the case of the graph, the unit rate is:

(15)/(8)

Except for the first two tables, the other ones have unit rates greater than 15/8.

From least to greatest, the ordered unit rates are:

9/5, 13/7, 17/9, 19/10, 21/11, 23/12, 25/13
