Hello,
Forget the apothem (it is false)
The hexagon is composed of 6 isocele triangles having like base 10 and as height=√(10²-5²)=√75=5√3
The area of one triangle is 10*5√3/2=25√3
6 triangles:150*√3=212,13203... (yd²)
