Which new Cabinet levels were created during the Johnson administration?

During the Johnson administration (of the president Lyndon B. Johnson, not Andrew Johnson) two new cabinet-level departments were established:

Department of Housing and Urban Development (established on September 9, 1955)
and
Department of Transportation (established on October 15, 1966)
