Yeap. sec (11pi/6) = 1/cos(11pi/6), verifying by calculator, you will get 1.1547, which is the value of 2 sqrt3/3

$sec (11 \pi )/(6)= (1)/(cos (11 \pi )/(6) )$
Than:
$cos (11 \pi )/(6)= ( √(3) )/(2)$

(1)/( ( √(3) )/(2) ) = (2)/( √(3) ) = (2 √(3) )/(3)

Answer:Yes, it is equal.
