Answer:
\mathbf{a.\ 0.015\text{ g/cm}^3}

Explanation:

Formula for density =
\frac{\text{Mass}}{\text{Volume}}

As per given , dimensions of a rectangular piece of wood:

Length: 25 cm. Width: 10 cm. Height: 4 cm.

Mass: 15 g

Volume of rectangular piece = Length x width x height

= 25 x 10 x 4 = 1000 cubic cm

Now , density =
(15)/(1000)=0.015\text{ g/cm}^3

Hence, the correct option is
\mathbf{a.\ 0.015\text{ g/cm}^3}

Density is the measure of how a certain volume weighs. So to get the density, we divide the weight by the volume of a certain material. This probem already gave us the weight which is equal to 15 grams. Our next task is to get the volume of the material. This problem gave us the dimensions of the object. Hence the volume is just 1000cm^3 (note cm^3 =ml) The density is then 0.015 g/cm^3.
