Which makes up the structure of the hypothalamus?

The structure of the hypothalamus is made up of nerve endings of neurosecretory cells, mamillary bodies, third ventricle, and the optic chiasm. Hypothalamus is the part of the nervous system that connects the endocrine system to it.
