If they went five km in 1&1/2 hours then their rate would be:
= 5÷
= 5×
=
=3
so
3
km per hour

ratio=number of Km / number of hours
Data:
Number of Km=5 Km
Number of hours=1 1/2 hour=1.5 hour.
Ratio=5 km/1.5 hour=3.333... km/h≈3.33 km/h.
Answer; their ratio was 3.33 Km/h.
