The answer is (2,9).
This is because we can increment X by 1, giving us X=2. We can then do:
f(2)=25•(3/5)^2
Which equals:
f(2)=25•(3^2/5^2) because (a/b)^c = a^c/b^c.
We can then calculate the fraction in a simplified form:
f(2)=25•(9/25)=225/25
which fully simplified gives us
f(2)=9/1=9
