Translating the given to mathematical form:
Given: f(x) = 4x - 4
g(x) = x-1
Find f(-4) / g(-4)
f(-4) = 4(-4) -4 = -20
g(-4) = -5
f(-4) / g(-4) = -20 / -5 = 4
Therefore, the correct answer is C.
