The answer is letter B. There was a Salmonella outbreak in the US when some of the patrons in a restaurant in Ohio were infected with Salmonella Enteritidis on the egg shells of the eggs being used as one of the ingredients of a home-made mayonnaise. There were 80 people who were infected with Salmonella from that restaurant.
