If the probability of winning a game is 40%, then chances are, you will win 40 times out of 100, given that % is out of 100.
40/100 = x/60.
x=24
Or, you can just find 40% of 100. Since "of" signals multiplication, you can multiply 0.4 by 100.

you espect wint the 40% of 60:
40% of 60=(40/100)*60=(40*60)/100=24
Answer: you expect win 24 times.
