is it possible to get pregnant a woman if she have a very small egg cell? in comparison a normal egg cell would be like a size of an ostrich but what if it was a size of a quil egg?

don't think the size of the egg matters what is important is for it to be fertile so the sperm n the egg can fuse for an embryo to b present
