2) Writing a Linear function that expresses this devaluation according to the time. In the slope-intercept form.

y=mx+b

As we're dealing with devaluation or depreciation of the value of that computer over time, we have to write -4x, since each year the value is decreasing. Hence, We can write:

V=2800-4x
