-- Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal, so 2x+19 = 3x.
Solve this, and you'll know what 'x' is.
-- Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary, so y+3x = 180.
You know what 'x' is, so you can solve this one and find 'y'.
