You have 2 triangles and 3 rectangles.
Start with a triangle:
area is base side * height / 2 -> 4 * 3 / 2 = 6
The other triangle has the same area: 6

First rectangle: side * other side -> 7 * 5 = 35
Second rectangle: 7 * 4 = 28
Third rectangle: 7 * 3 = 21

Now simply add all this together: 6+6+35+28+21 = 96
