How about 81 = 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 .

greater than 1 and only 1 and itself as factor
factors have to be prime:2,3,5,7...
it has to be odd factors: 3,5,7
least:3
all same, 4 of them, 3*3*3*3=81
answer is 81
