Large cigars contain about 5 to 20 grams of tobacco compared to small cigars. Cigars contains approximately 100 to 200 milligrams of nicotine while cigarettes only has about 8.4 milligrams. Large cigars will take about 1 to 2 hours to smoke while smaller takes only 10 minutes to smoke.
