The formula for the Child dependency ratio is,

\frac{Population\text{ 0-14}}{Working\text{ age population 15-64}}*100

Given:

\begin{gathered} Population\text{ 0-14=53,244} \\ Working\text{ age population 15-64=206,922} \end{gathered}

Therefore,

Child\text{ Dependency Ratio=}(53244)/(206922)*100=25.731435\approx25.731

Hence, the Child Dependency Ratio is

25.731
