Sensory neurons.. Well sense any feeling, taste, sound around you. They send messages to your brain. Motor neurons are the nerves that react to the messages

Sensory neurons
carry signals from the outer parts of your body into the central nervous system. Motor neurons
carry signals from the central nervous system to the outer parts of your body including muscles, skin and glands.
