The slope is given by:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

plugging the values given we have that:

\begin{gathered} m=(-6-0)/(1-(-3)) \\ m=(-6)/(1+3) \\ m=-(6)/(4) \\ m=-(3)/(2) \end{gathered}

Therefore the slope is -3/2
