Every speck of mass in creation is attracted to every other speck
by gravitational forces. Whether or not the forces of gravity have
any influence on the motion of the specks depends on their masses
and the distances between them. Gas molecules are not immune to
the forces of gravity, but they may be relatively unaffected by them,
just as human beings are relatively unaffected by the forces of
gravitational attraction between them.
