if its made up of electrons, protons, and neurons, the state of matter in this substance is most likely to be : Solid

we know that the substance
- a good conductor (and most of good conductors are metals and almost all the metals are solid)
- Could maintain a unique shape (gas technically does not have a shape and liquid's shape will be determined by the medium surrounding it)

Answer : Solid

Explanation :

When the substance was tested in the lab it was seen that it maintains a unique shape, which is the differentiating property of solids. Also, they are very good conductors of electricity. Solid contains electrons, protons and neutrons this is a common thing which is found in every state of matter. This all details confirms that it will be solid.
