so, the Area of a sphere is going be = r2 the area of a cylinder will be 2πr(h+r)

so your total area will be half of the sphere's total area that is r^2/2⟹2π8^2 PLUS the cylinder's 2π8(7+8)

82+2π(8)(7)+π82
