Wien's Displacement Law is:
peak x surface temperature = 2.898 x 10^-3 m K
So,
surface temperature = 2.898 x 10^-3 m K / peak = 2.898 x 10^-3 m K / 350 x 10 -9 m
surface temperature = 8280 K
