If I'm being honest it's been awhile since I did something like this but I'll give it a go.

Solving

Knowing what some possible answers can be I went with trial and error rather then finding the answer in reverse. It might take up more time but it's much simpler and easier to do.

Below would be what I did

Formula: 2πr

2(3.14)13.2

^ always deal with the brackets first

(6.28)13.2

^ if you didn't know the brackets show you need to do multiplication

= 82.89600

^ after multiplying we got this answer to get it close to what the question suggests you just round it.

Rounding to your nearest Thousandths Place will give us....

= 82.896

Keep in mind if you ever see extra 0's you should round..

Answer

Based on what we did the correct answer would be "C" (13.2in)

(13.2 inches is our radius btw)
