What steps can you take at fast food restaurants to minimize bad nutritional choices?

1) know what you are eating. Many companies have websites that display nutritional facts for customers 2) lean away from red meats Try chicken or even tofu instead of a hamburger to cut back on fats 3) limit the sides. Instead of fries try apples. At some fast food restaurants, such as chick-fil-a, they have sides like superfood salads or kale 4) no soda! Instead of carbonated drinks, try water with natural flavoring like lemon or lime

Boycott their company...

Bankruptcy will put them out of business, and thats how it should be.
We should be eating at local food venders. I live in a very nice community, we have successfully gotten rid of all commercial food venders.
