add them up
wait, convert yards to feet
3 feet in 1 yard
times 3
9 feet in 3 yard
9 feet first, then 11 feet
add
9+11=20 feet

So how many Feet right? A yard has 3 feet in it so 3*3=9, nine feet there. So 9+11= 20. The toddler traveled 20 feet total.
