Atmosphere is only part of biosphere, limited to the area filled up with air. Biosphere includes additional environments like ground, water.

the difference between atmosphere and biosphere
is that
atmosphere
is the gases surrounding the earth or any astronomical body while
biosphere
is the part of the earth and its atmosphere capable of supporting life.
