and commutaitve property
(3.4 times 10^-14) times (1.8 times 10^28)=
(3.4)(10^-14)(1.8)(10^28)=
(3.4)(1.8)(10^-14)(10^28)=
(6.12)(10^(-14+28))=
(6.12)(10^14)
