Given:
4 meters of taffy
3 friends

convert meters to centimeters

100 cm = 1 meter

4 meters * 100cm/m = 400 cm

400 cm / 3 friends = 133 1/3 cm of taffy

Ralph's 3 friends will have 133 1/3 cm of taffy each.
