the width of the pool is 16ft because 22*4*16=1408

Depth is the same thing as height for a pool. Volume is l*w*h.
The total amount of water a pool can hold is the volume.
so take the total volume (1408) and divide it by 22 and 4.
1408/4/22=16
The width is 16 ft.
