If the system 2CO(g)+O2(g) 2CO2(g) has come to equilibrium and then more CO(g) is added,

If more CO is added the reaction will shift to the right and produce more products to maintain the equilibrium constant. This can be explained through Le Chatlier principles. I hope this helps. Let me know if anything is unclear.
