96 is the value of Y
x = 6/4 = 1.5
y = 64 x 1.5 = 95
Check (96/64 = 6/4)

Y=96
This is because
When y=64 x=4
64 divided by 4 is 16.
Therefore X times 16=y
X =6
X times 16
=96
Y=96
