Neighborhood A: 30 homes. Each year increases by 20%.
Neighborhood B: 45 homes. Each year increases by 3.

A: 30(1.20)^x
B: 45 + 3x

A: 30(1.20)^5 = 30(2.48832) = 74.6496 or 75 houses
B: 45 + 3(5) = 45 + 15 = 60 houses
