1 and 1/10% as fraction
first convert to improper
1 and 1/10=11/10
percent means parts out of 100
11/10%=(11/10)/100
times the whole thing by 10/10 to clear fraction (since 11/10 times 10=110/10=11)
(11/10)/100 times 10/10=11/1000
