Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia all have some degree of legal affiliation with the United States of America. They are unincorporated territories where they are still controlled by United States. The United States have fundamental rights matter of law but have no other constitutional rights available over the mentioned countries.
