`x^{(m)/(n)}=\sqrt[n]{x^(m)}`

so
(m^(2/3))^(1/2)=m^(2/3 times 1/2)=m^(2/6)=m^(1/3)=
`\sqrt[3]{m^(1)}`=
`\sqrt[3]{m}`
