Friend Mean MAD
Hazem 9.8 3.6
Keith 11.2 3.4

Mean = total number of songs / 12 months
total number of songs = mean * 12 months
Hazem: 9.8 x 12 = 117.6 songs
Keith: 11.2 x 12 = 134.40 songs

C. Keith downloaded more songs per month than Hazem did.
