g(x) = (x + 9)^2 + 4
g(x) = (x + 9)^2 − 4
g(x) = (x − 4)^2 + 9
g(x) = (x + 4)^2 + 9

Hello,
This is one way:
The vertex is (4,9)
1)g(4)=(4+9)²+4=13²+4≠9
2)g(4)=(4+9)²-4=13²-4≠9
3)g(4)=(4-4)²+9=0²+9=9 yes!!!!
4)g(4)=(4+4)²+9=8²+9≠9
