Using the inscribed angle theorem we get:

$m\overarc{JKL}=2m\angle LCJ.$

From the given diagram we get that:

$m\angle LCJ=107^(\circ).$

Then:

$m\overarc{JKL}=2*107^(\circ)=214^(\circ).$

Answer: Option B.
