According to the table, the die was rolled 40 times:

10+6+4+8+6+6=40

odds of rolling a 2 were 6/40 and the odds of rolling a 4 were 8/40

P(2)=6/40

P(4)=8/40

P(2 or 4)=6/40+8/40=14/40 when simplified, its 7/20

7/20=0.35 or 35%

Answer= 7/20 or 35%
