From

h = -16t² + 20t + 3

This is a quadratic equation, it is degree 2 equation.

A degree 1 equation is a linear equation or model.

Any degree greater than 1, as 2 is a non linear.

So h = -16t² + 20t + 3, is a non linear model.

It is B.

I hope this helped.
