Solve for x

3x + 3 − x + (−7) > 6

3x + 3 - x + (-7) > 6

3x - x + 3 + (-7) > 6 +(-) = -

2x + 3 - 7 > 6

2x - 4 > 6

2x > 6 + 4

2x > 10 Divide both sides by 2

x > 10/2

x > 5
