If u follow a fitness plan it helps becuase it helps u be healthy and loose weight and junck food has bad stuff for ur body

because if you follow a fitness plan you can get done a lot of stuff that you can't without a plan so like you make a plan of what you are going to do instead of just doing random fitness stuff
