Since 1 ladybug=.8cm, a row of 5 ladybugs would be 4cm long.
(.8 x 5= 4)

legnth total=number of ladybugs times legnth per ladybug
5 times 0.8=4centimeters
1 centimeter=10 milimeters
4 centimeters times 10=40 milimeters
40 milimeters
