The correct answer is all of them will ionize when they are dissolved in water. Substances that ionize  or completely dissociate in water are usually strong acids, strong bases, and salts of strong acids and bases. HBr is a strong acid. CaBr2, KCl, and MgCl2 are salts of a strong acid and strong base.
